Needlemakers at the Lord Mayor's Ascot Race Day - 3 May 2017

The Master, Wardens, Liverymen and guests enjoyed a champagne reception, lunch and afternoon tea at the Lord Mayor's Charity Race day at Ascot Racecourse.

The Needlemakers shared a table but there were other Needlemakers supporting the event too, at tables taken by their Past Masters Association, the Magna Masters.

The event was a great success, with raffles and secret auction raising money for the Lord Mayor's Appeal.

Hopefully nobody placing their bets lost their shirt and it was reported that some, including the Master, did rather well!
